Join us for a workshop where you will learn to make simple prints!
You’ll have the opportunity to carve a foam block with a design, with the option of picking a provided design or drawing your own. You’ll than get to make a print from the block you carved.
This event is open to all ages, however the carving materials are somewhat sharp, which may make this unsuitable for young children.
This event is free, but is limited to 10 participants. A sign up sheet is located on the second floor of the library at the circulation desk. It’s recommended that you sign up to guarantee a spot.
This workshop will be led by Rosemary Stapleton, who is an art student at PSU who focuses on printmaking.
