Building Strong Readers Ages 5-11 @ 2:30 pm - Have fun with stories, crafts, and games at Girard Public Library!

Polar Bear Peak Minecraft Event from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm - Join us for Polar Bear Peak Minecraft event put on by Arrayscape Gaming! Sign up will be required. 15 spaces available.
Embark on an exhilarating parkour competition to the peak of a majestic mountain! Players will leap from block to block, scale ladders, and bounce on trampolines. Explore stunning glaciers and find a hidden cave to create a cozy home. Don`t forget to build a Polar Bear Habitat, with food, water, and shelter for your furry friends! ...

Each month, we will have a feature spice, complete with a recipe for you!
~ Stop by the library to pick up the spice and the recipe. Pick yours up at the main desk upstairs. The recipe has been compiled by Heather Horton, owner of TOAST, located in Pittsburg.
~ This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to try some different spices and recipes!

How the Program Works​​​
Each program accommodates up to 15 participants
Each program lasts 1.5 hours, with the option for consecutive sessions
Librarians choose the activity, date and time for each event
A Minecraft or Roblox account is provided for each participant, as needed
Our regional library system or participants supply devices for gameplay
